Hey, we're Michael and Esmeralda Chapin
Michael and Esmeralda Chapin, Managing Partners, chose “Teba,” the Hebrew word for 'ark', which is a symbol of safety and security during the storms that life may bring, navigating you through as the flood waters rise ensuring your capital is safeguarded. At Teba Capital, we're committed to preserving and growing your wealth. Our primary objective is to assist you in building your wealth. We've been investing in real estate since 2004 and prioritize transparency, honesty and integrity above all else. As business partners and a married couple of 23 years, we cherish our family and our faith.
